Can the arrow ever been the ordinary Oliver Queen again? just when he thought the battle against crime has been minimized to the lowest level, a new enemy is born.
It's nice to be reminded where the cast was before we met them in Season 1 and to see how far they've come since banding together to help Oliver save their city.
A lot of "The Return" is ridiculous... but still: Whenever the show focuses on the relationship between Oliver and Thea, everything has a way of snapping back into place.
This is an episode driven by character. Yet, while Arrow's character work has been shockingly good over the past three seasons, many of the developments in this episode felt like foregone conclusions.
